Football Scout

About the role

The Football Scout role at iFútbol7 is about recognising talent in the amateur game and creating pathways for players who deserve more visibility. You will attend matches across Tunisia, evaluate players using our rating framework, and flag standout performers to the iFútbol7 talent network.

What you will do

• Attend iFútbol7 matches and tournaments across assigned cities
• Evaluate player performance using the iFútbol7 rating framework
• Flag and report standout players to the central scouting dashboard
• Build relationships with coaches, clubs, and players
• Contribute to the development of the iFútbol7 talent programme

What we are looking for

• Strong knowledge of football tactics and player evaluation
• Experience in amateur or professional football scouting or coaching
• Ability to travel to matches across Tunisia
• Analytical mindset — comfortable with data-driven player assessment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with players and clubs
