A small team. A big mission.
We are building the infrastructure that amateur football in Tunisia has always needed. Here is what that means in practice.
What we are building
iFútbol7 started in Djerba with one simple observation: amateur football in Tunisia is full of energy and short on infrastructure. Players scramble to find matches. Organisers chase payments in WhatsApp groups. Stats live in someone's memory.
We built a platform that handles all of it — match creation, player management, live scoring, post-match ratings, and league standings — in one app. The goal is to give every amateur player in Tunisia the experience that professional players take for granted.
We are starting in Djerba. Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, and eventually cities beyond Tunisia are next.
What we care about
Football first
Every decision we make starts with the player. If it does not improve the experience on the pitch, we do not build it.
Local impact
We believe in building city by city, community by community. Growth that means something beats growth that just looks good on a chart.
Bias to action
We are a small team. We move fast, test quickly, and fix what does not work. Perfect is the enemy of done.
Earned trust
Players and organisers trust us with their football. We take that seriously — in everything from product quality to how we handle disputes.
Who we look for
We are not looking for CVs. We are looking for people who show up, care about the result, and have enough football knowledge to earn the trust of the players they serve.
Our best team members are organisers, photographers, and scouts who were already embedded in the local football scene before they joined. If you are that person in your city, we want to talk.
