Event Coordinator

About the role

The Event Coordinator will lead the planning and execution of iFútbol7 tournaments, seasonal leagues, and special events in Tunis. You will own the full event lifecycle from concept and logistics through to post-event reporting, ensuring every iFútbol7 event delivers a memorable experience.

What you will do

• Plan and manage iFútbol7 tournaments and special events in Tunis
• Coordinate venues, referees, photographers, and on-site staff
• Build and manage event budgets and timelines
• Communicate with team managers and players in advance of events
• Oversee on-site operations on event day
• Write post-event reports and gather participant feedback

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication in Arabic and/or French
• Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in fast-moving environments
• Football knowledge and passion for the amateur game
